New generation preservatives
DAIAPROTECs are a clean label preservatives (with or without sodium) based in naturally fermented spices or vinegar.
They act against:
- Mesophilic aerobics.
- Yeast and molds.
- Listeria, (Bactericide).
- Salmonella (Bactericide).
- Escherichia coli.
